Our Commitment to You

Contracts are personalised to the individual customer’s requirements.   However, all contracts will cover the following points as a minimum:

• We believe in a pro-active rather than re-active approach to pest control to maintain a pest-free environment
• The price quoted includes all labour and materials for the control of pests specified.   There are no hidden charges
• The most effective and safest solutions will be used regardless of cost.  However, we aim to offer best value and we will endeavour to beat any competitor quote offered
• A comprehensive manual and log book, which complies with Health & Safety Legislation relating to the products used, is provided and kept on-site.  Where required, full risk assessments and method statements are carried out
• Premises will be visited a minimum of the specified times per year.  We also offer a 24-hour, 7 day a week service and wherever possible callouts are responded to within 24 hours of initial request for service.   Call-outs are free of charge for pests specified.  Other services will be offered at a discounted rate to contract customers
• We will work with you to minimise disruption to your business – including the timing of visits – and you can be assured of confidentiality at all times
• You will be assigned a dedicated technician for your account.   This ensures continuity of contract so you are aware of who is on your premises and they are well acquainted with your requirements
• We are NPTA members and hold £5M Public Liability Insurance and are currently involved in an intensive set of training courses to turn our 20+years of  practical experience into formally recognised qualifications including:
• British Deer Society National Stalkers Certificate of Competence and DMQ Level 1 in Deer Management
• RSPH Level 2 Certificate in Pest Management
• RSPH Control of Rural Pests
• RSPH Long Netting and Ferreting Course
